Dear Friends,
“And he said, The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; 3. The God of my rock; in him will I trust: he is my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower, and my refuge, my saviour; thou savest me from violence. 4. I will call on the LORD, who is worthy to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies.” II Samuel 22:2-4
It certainly doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see we are living in the last days. So much has happened in a short amount of time, it is reassuring to remember “God’s got this!” He is our refuge, strength and so much more! With all that is going on around us, I praise His holy name for His watching over us!
Over the years of traveling across this country, there has been wear and tear on our “Covered Wagon”. Sandy and I have replaced cables on our slide outs, installed a new awning (pics #1 & #2) (ours was in really bad shape) and with the help of Pastor Kim Earhart, Plains, MT, we replaced a rotten floor in a slide out (pic #3), put in new floor and carpet (pics #4 & #5), as well as removed our electric fireplace and cabinet to replace it with a cabinet that will hold the instruments and other things (pics #6 ). God is so good to keep us going and we praise His name!
We have had great opportunities and many blessings as well. I got to speak for Family Camp outside of Portland, OR; preach Revival Meetings in Douglas, WY (Tent Meeting), McMinnville, OR, and Baker City, OR. Sandy and Claire Jividen were the main speakers for the Northeast Oregon Ladies’ Retreat held across the road from Warm Lake, ID (pics #8 & #9) and I got to help set up a tent for a Tent Meeting in Astoria, OR (pics # 10 & #11). We have been blessed more than we deserve with the opportunities to preach and teach as well as sing about Jesus!
We also enjoyed a visit with our Daughter, her husband and our youngest grandson in Jackson, WY! (pic #12). We still have a busy schedule ahead of us with Revivals, and more opportunities awaiting us to honor the Lord. Thank you for your prayers as we travel down the trail. We are excited to serve our Saviour!
Prayer Request: My computer for recording has begun to fade in the middle of recording sessions. I ask you to pray I can get a Macbook Pro Laptop (Mac is the best for recording sessions) so the recordings will go smoother. I am checking into some refurbished laptops to hold the price down. Please pray with me about this need.
